ICRERA 2024 — Offshore wind farm forecasting

Offshore wind is a harder forecasting problem than onshore: fewer sensors, more expensive maintenance, and wake effects that couple turbines to each other in ways a per-turbine model cannot see.

We presented a hybrid quantum–classical approach at ICRERA 2024 in Nagasaki.
